Ford Fleet Account Manager

What Will You Be Doing?

We are currently looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our busy Team at our Scunthorpe Ford Fleet Site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising directly with corporate customers and major lease companies
  • Maintaining multiple manufacturers systems
  • Quoting on commercial vehicles accurately and within pre-determined time frames
  • Raising internal and external work orders where necessary to instruct fitting of accessories prior to arranging delivery
  • Agreeing delivery dates with all relevant parties
  • Proving weekly updates of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner using spreadsheets & online systems 

Who Are We Looking for?

The ideal candidate:

  • MUST have a strong Administrative background, ideally within the Motor Trade.
  • Have previous Account Management or B2B Sales Experience
  • Will be a strong & personable communicator
  • Needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Will have a keen eye for detail with excellent numeracy, customer service and people skills.
