What Will You Be Doing?

You will join the Fleet Parts Sales Team to ensure that the all incoming communications (Phone/E-mail) are handled professionally and efficiently in order to provide a consistently high standard of service to all customers.

To receive orders and enquiries from customers, identifying part numbers or products required, processing through to regional parts operations for invoicing and delivery and to subsequently monitor the job to a successful conclusion.

To work within the Fleet Hub Team to ensure all processes and procedures are followed and adhered to correctly.

To look to ensure customers are receiving the best possible service from the Fleet Hub and Regional Parts Operations  

To maximise sales volumes through the National Fleet Customer workshops

To enhance the customer relationships with our nominated key national fleets and maximise on all sales opportunities nationally

Who Are We Looking for?

Someone who can demonstrate the following:

To answer telephone calls within 5 rings and deal with customers enquiries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

To open and assess e-mail correspondence on receipt to ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

To ensure customer orders are directed to the appropriate geographic parts operation

To use knowledge and experience to identify parts and upsell to customers where possible

To proactively call customers where appropriate to ensure maximum sales opportunities are taken and deliver best possible customer service

To work closely with fleet hub colleagues to make sure actions are taken quickly and efficiently and that workload within the hub is shared in a manner that delivers the best possible service to customers

To show flexibility in approach to ensure appropriate coverage is always in place within the hub

To follow through on orders placed to ensure final delivery meets customer/reasonable expectation

To utilise all available systems to ensure every avenue is explored to make urgent parts available to customers to minimise vehicle downtime

To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the working area and a presentable personal appearance whilst observing the Group Health & Safety and Environmental Policy at all times.

To report any broken or faulty equipment to your Supervisor/Manager in line with our Group Health & Safety Policy.

Exposure to Keyloop (kerridge) and a strong all makes/trailer background is a bonus but not essential.

Who Are We?

We have a network of 32 dealer locations across the United Kingdom including 4 body-shops and accident repair centres. We are the largest DAF Trucks dealer group in the UK and Europe, with 30 DAF franchise locations, 14 of which have ATF sites with the ability to carry out DVSA MOT’s on commercial vehicles, together with locations for our partnership with Renault Trucks, ISUZU Trucks and TRP Parts. Our LCV portfolio is ever expanding, with 19 dealer locations at present, offering sales and/or service opportunities for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Ford Transit Commercial Vehicles, Fiat Professional, ISUZU Pick-up and Best Van Deals Used Commercial Vehicles.

Our intention is to provide vehicle and aftersales packages on an efficient, value for money basis.

 

Many of our locations offer extended hours providing flexibility and optimising vehicle availability. We are committed to continuous technical training for colleagues including a substantial apprenticeship programme, which currently has over 100 apprentices in training. We also offer pathways with manufacturer specific recognised training/qualifications for both HGV and LCV colleagues, offering further development during their career with us.
